Welcome to Quelah 11. This condo features vaulted ceilings and beautiful, exposed wood beams in the shared living space as well as the bedrooms. There is plenty of space for everyone to stretch out.

Light floods the spacious living and dining room through the floor to ceiling windows which naturally invites the outside in. Framed by two large windows, the wood burning fireplace acts as a centerpiece for the home and invites your group to gather around for an engaging conversation, or a fun board game. If you’re looking to get lost in a movie or challenge each other to a dance off, this home also includes a flat screen TV with over 60 HD channels, a DVD player and stereo system!

The well-stocked kitchen including a coffee grinder, stand mixer and slow cooker is here for all your cooking needs. The expandable dining room table can seat up to 10 guests plus there is two additional seats at the bar. If the day’s adventure has you craving more outside time, you’ll love the adjacent private patio with gas grill and outdoor furniture for use during the warm months.

The main floor has a queen bedroom and full bathroom with a window seat. Upstairs you’ll find two additional bedrooms and a full bath. One of the bedrooms has a comfortable queen bed, flat screen TV and private balcony overlooking trees on the grassy lawn below. The second bedroom has two sets of bunk beds, TV.

This condo is in a quiet location with Wi-Fi, four adult bikes, a carport and easy access to Sunriver’s many paved bike paths. You won’t have to venture far to enjoy your favorite vacation amenities since The Quelah condominium complex has its own seasonal pool, tennis courts, and shared hot tub. If you’re looking to explore more of Sunriver you’ll love that this home is within walking distance to the Nature Center, Observatory, the Village Mall, SHARC and many other Sunriver amenities.

Excellent location. Condo was clean and no odors. Made good use of condo pool and tennis courts. They were never crowded.Two things that should be fixed- missing screen on downstairs bedroom window (problematic with no A/C) so you can’t leave window cracked to cool room. Only 1 light fixture in downstairs bedroom worked. The other is missing knob to turn on and off.

Met my expectations. Have stayed at Quelah properties many times over the years. Community pool access and proximity to bike trails (5 minute flat terrain ride to Sunriver Village) for the kids makes it easy to overlook the older decor (we’re outside anyway). Very family friendly.

We had a great time staying at Mark & Kate's condo. We own a condo but needed more room for our growing family so this was a perfect location close to us. The family atmosphere. The furniture was comfortable. The kitchen stocked with good utensils and dishes so we could cook. Access to sports - yay! We love Quelah! Just needed the screen in the screen door fixed- it kept popping open and letting mosquitos in. And the Heat didn’t work until the last day when we figured out the breaker was shot off. But we thank you for having extra tennis stuff and bikes and games and the littles loved the books! We loved riding our bikes to the observatory. Thank you and take care! See you next year

The property was exactly as described and very comfortable. One recommendation would be to tight or stablizie the bunk beds in this unit. They were very "squeaky" when the kids would rollover during the night!

We needed a place over the holidays, booking last minute, and this fit the bill (literally within the price range we needed). The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and everything we needed to cook our meals. We had eight staying, but there were only seven chairs for the dining table. The beds and stairs are very squeaky, so not a great place if you have light sleepers. We got a lot of communication once we booked, and it was a little too much. The passes to tubing were excellent, and we used those on our trip (and I’m glad we didn’t pay $10 for my kid to go only one time!). We asked to get an early check in but were told flatly no, however once we arrived it appeared no one had been there for weeks, so that was annoying. - Anonymous from Portland

Sunriver is always enjoyable. However, this condo was lacking. It was an older unit (based on wear & tear of furnishings), staircase was loud (creaky), blinds were not in good shape (privacy). We did appreciate the availability of bicycles and the location on the Sunriver property. Nonetheless, we won't stay at this unit again. - Anonymous from Beaverton

Nice home but owners might want to purchase some blankets that fit the bed in the main floor bedroom. The pool was wonderful and very uncrowded. Very smoky when we were there, but we had a great time as always. Would stay here again.. - Anonymous from Prosser

Living Room furniture was comfortable and ample. Liked the high ceilings and lots of windows, and the location was great. LOVED the skylight in the master bathroom as it provided LOTS of light. It was a close bike ride to the marina and stables, and a quick car ride to Ft. Rock Park for pickleball. There were a few cleanliness issues in the bathrooms, and it is an older unit but overall we really enjoyed our stay here. - Anonymous from Tillamook
