Very insightful report from LinkedIn which also provides individual summaries for employers, veterans, and policymakers. One of the key takeaways is that, "Veterans are less likely to reach leadership roles than nonveterans, and companies generally do not value military experience the same way they count work experience in non-military roles"I recognize coming into a new industry, military folks will typically need to "learn the ropes" of a new organization so you may not start as a Director or VP. But I was surprised to read that veterans are less likely to reach those ranks.-❓- I'm curious if any of you have specific examples of this in your post military careers?#veteranemployment #militarytransition
